It looks pretty good, and pretty interesting, but I havent had a chance to personally test it yet.
A small visual thing as well, but you also might want to look at Elemental Staffs that gives a bit more variety to the look of them.
You can also look at Staves of Skyrim which adds in defensive staves as well, but I didnt personally enjoy that one.
Sadly, this staff overhaul is not compadible with PerMa, which is a huge plus for me. Sigh, such is life.
Only problem is it will easily make you OP. Otherwise it's up to date with the DLCs. Doesn't change any perks, just increases your stats, so it shouldn't conflict with anything.
Funny how the author added an optional file that made the buffs even stronger...
