1 file will always fail to validate. Steam requires this for configuration purposes. This is normal. Any other missing files will be redownloaded.
You will also need a load order optimiser to sort your mods into the correct order plus the Unofficial patches from Nexus to correct most of Bethesdas bugs. Have added links.

My game has now been fixed: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=398768358
P.S: By the way, should i just verify my game cache if it happens again?
What it does is it goes through the files that come with the game when you install them, and checks all of those files for edits, corruption, missing data, missing files etc, and if it finds any problems or discrepancies from what it expects, it redownloads them.
This process does not touch any mod files, or any other files put into your game folder, so this means if you have mods interfearing or causing the problem it wont help, youll have to go through your mods, but its pretty damn good at fixing problems with the bsae data packages
This is the Skyrim (Oldrim) forum, you will want to ask in the Skyrim Special Edition forum.
