Take Neloth. He was one of the most experianced wizard-lords of House Telvanni during ES Morrowind, so I assume he was atleast over a century old at that point. And he's still around during Skyrim. It was 2 centuries bewteen Oblivion and Skyrim, and I don't know how long between Oblivion and Morrowind. So Neloth's a pretty old elf.
All told, I'm not sure that Bethesda's ever being consistant on how long the nonhuman races can live. I'm not even sure they've ever given any info on the lifespans of the Beastfolk.
Neloth is known to have called a 100 year old dunmer mage an infnat or something along those lines so perhaps 100 years old to Dunmer is young or Neloth is just old like in real life a 90 year old saying a 50 year old is "young"
Neloth sends you on that quest to get the Robe of the Drake's Pride in Morrowind, saying it is the hands of a "mere child" who is 200 years old. Even if Telvanni mage lords live considerably longer (Divayth Fyr is 4,000, IIRC, which would mean he was born in the early First Era), 200 years is significant.
Morrowind and Oblivion were about 5 years apart, I think.
Nerevar, who was still a Chimer (a group of Aldmer who left to worship Daedra) ruled for about 3 centuries before the Battle of Red Mountain.
