In order to save memory, skyrim load disatant objects in a reduced format, called a LOD (load on distance). This includes a mesh and a texture, and skyrim impliments this in a weird way where the tree lod is generated all in one file, instead of a lot of small files.
So your LOD trees can be a completely different style, color and even shape compared to what the actual trees are, depending on what that LOD file contains
Tree loads often arent compatable between different tree mods, and the last installed mod will generally override all the others (installation order, not load order), so you will have to check for conflicts and see if there is compatability patches.
Heres a fun example of other stuff that can happen when you (in this case accidentally because im a forgetful idiot at times) run conflicting tree lod files in your game:

Edit : where did your screenshot post go? XD
Notice the tees in a distance. Nice green in colour while trees up close where light is been cast on is ugly light green in colour

HOW I WANT MY TREES TO BE
This is how i want my trees to look like. I dont mind them changeing colour when light is been cast upon them, but not so much that it changes colour to that ugly light greenish look

If you just want consistancy, then you will have to look at LOD problems
Can i just not increase my LOD range in the .ini file??
Your lods will still be conflicting with your up close trees, and increasing your load range puts a huge increase on the amount of memory you are loading at any one time as you run through the world,
Welcome to the hell of trying to mod trees in skyrim :(
You dont perhaps know, what 2K texture mods replace the trees in skyrim?? Landscape or Misc??
v2 was only completed as the basic version before the author stopped work on it.
Files that conflict with the tree lod are listed on the description of the SFO page in the FAQ if i remember correctly
As soon as the sun rise and its open, i get that weird out of colour trees
**EDIT**
No wait, the issue is with SFO mod. Cause once i downloaded the latest version of SFO and the Aspen trees and blah blah blah (what the ENB author told me to do) my issue was GONE.
But the issue now is that my skyrim looks like the Summer Edition of the SFO....and i would like the Regular or Basic Edition look of it
