Steam cloud sync corrupts my saves?
For a month or so every time i tried to load a game is started loading and inmediately closes the game. I first looked if it was some mod, the version of skse, the appcache folder, the checker of the cache of steam and other things i found on these forums. But nothing seemed to work.

Today i realised what made my saves crash was when steam syncs the saves with the cloud. Once the sync ended that save couldnt be loaded. I've configured it to never sync with the cloud but im not sure if its the correct thing to do and how it affects the game.

Does this happened to anybody else? How can i fixed? If i leave it without cloud sync what happens? I lost my game of 100 hours and several of 50 and dont want to lose more...

Easy
Personal folder\my documents\my games\skyrim\ saves and delete all.
Steam sync does not corrupt your game save only stores them.
You have corrupted one of your game saves and saving over that corrupt save makes matters worst.

No, it can't be this. I created a new game to test things. It worked fine untill steam synced. I started the new, save, close and load fine, close and sync, cant load. It can't be it corrupts a new game save for no reason.

Have you mods installed?
Installed LOOT?
Unofficial patches installed?
If Load order is wrong or missing master file may cause this.
If new and no saves at all.
Turn off saves in settings and change 15mins to 30 and manually save when going into new sections of game.
See if that works.
PS you can turn sync off!

Just a quick thought when you start a new game do you still have saves in load (numbered ones)
Visigodo Feb 20, 2015 @ 1:19pm
Don't know what is LOOT, i have mods installed but dont know how to order them (if thats what causes it), no unoficial patches and master file is fine. It happened again so it must be the saves. When i started new games there stil are numered saves that apparently some didnt crash and let me load and save normally even syncing. I will delete the saves that dont work and leave the sync option on. Thank you for your help. Is there a mod or post that tells you a good load order for mods?

Loot will sort your load order and give messages, warnings and errors.
Just follow Grimus method. (list is in its detail page as above)

Sorry had work to do
When starting LOOT, top of window box is games, go into that and click on skyrim.
Make sure you install LOOT through its installer not the zip file download.
May need to run game then try LOOT so it find the game.

You can have more than one LOOT program each having their own game eg, Fallout NV
Visigodo Feb 20, 2015 @ 3:57pm
ok they appear some ITM and UDR errors that TES5Edit can fix and some Navmesh deletions. Don't know what they are but ill look it up. They appear all the mods even the one not charged. I dont put here that because its quite long. Thank you for your help really. Didnt know something likt this exist. This kind of things should be on default skyrim.

When needing help it is better to list the LOOT detail page(just close up the spaces) it helps others in finding the cause of issue.

Ok, i think what makes the saves corrupt is the mod betterinns that has a missing NavMesh (no idea what it is or how to correct it) since it was impossible to load after i saved when i got out from an inn. How do you correct those things?
