GREENT TINT BUG!? HELP?

Hi All,

Been a skyrim player for ages now, recently got a new computer and a NVIDIA GTX970 Graphics card, all was running perfect, 60fps on max settings.

All of a sudden 10hours into my play, I noticed that I was getting a strange green tint.

First I noticed it with the shadows, inside of been just dark, they were very green, I noticed it all over, especially if you’re looking at the water from above. Its very very green, looks like its infested with green algae! Is the only way I can explain it, also when you look at the sun, instead of been orangery/white it’s given off a green shine?

Any help would be much appreciated, im running the latest drivers, and it was fine until about 8hours in, please help?

Could it be Brelyna's Practice Spell?

No i don't think it can be the Brelynas practice spell as i have not even got to that point yet in the game. good shout though :-)

I will take some screen shots and send you my mod order, see if that helps understand what the problem is.

it just happened all of a sudden, but its only during certain times of the day, at night the shadows are perfectly normal :-/ and when it rains its fine, its only when the sun is shining it gives a green tint to everything, walls, shadows, water is the worst at the shore line of rivers streams etc that's were it shows up the worst.

You might be activating Night Vision, on your own or by mods you installed... Possibly.

For screenshots, just post a link to the screenshot that you've saved to your Steam Community profile, I think.

They don't work for the person they belong to sometimes. I had that problem the other day, but I made it public or whatever, and someone else was able to get it from my profile or maybe the Skyrim screenshot section and linked it for me.

ive made my screen shots public so you can see, ive done 7 with the green tint bug, then one without you can cleary see the difference. its doing my tree in, it comes on then goes off then comes back again all the time

That's... Odd... It looks like the weather is different in those other two screenies but I doubt that's the only cause.

Do you use ENB or any lighting mods? I remember I had accidently had two lighting mods on at once and everything had this nasty yellow shade, looked like Wizard of Oz's roads.

no the only colour mod i have is the saturation boost, dont use any weather mods at all :-/

its strange isnt it, one min its perfectly fine, then next it goes all random and green tinted. ive even ran skyrim with 0 mods and still get it.

I guess try covering it up with an ENB preset or something.

It's not as severe as Nighteye.
