[Convenient Horses] How to whistle?

I have the spell available, but clicking on it does nothing, and it's not equippable

You whistle at pretty much everybody you meet. Eventually you learn the spell. You use it the same way you use a Thu'um.

Go talk to guards. There should be a dialogue option to whistle. It will take several times(8-10 I think), as though you are learning how to whistle. After one of them says something like, "hey that's pretty good", it will become equipable in the same way as shouts.

Alternatively, in the MCM for CH, there is an option to disable the whistle "quest".

No, you don't need to have any shouts, it's just the same button. I don't know the keyboard button for it, but on controller it is R-Shoulder.

defalt keybind is Z

OT: you have too talk to random people they will have a dilog option as stated above called whitle. whistle, whistle, do that around 10 time to 10 random people you will unlock the ability also as stated above

you can you can turn off the quest and unlock it automaticlly if you have MCM installed

When you talk to people, you will have an option to whistle. After a few times, you'll be able to do it. Then when you need the horse, make it your active ability and press Z.
