How can I read a Black Book?

Everytime I open it, I get teleported either to Apocrypha or back to Solstheim. But when you open a Black book for a small moment you can see that there is readable text there like a normal book. How can I read this entire text?

Not sure if you can do it in game, but you can read them in the wiki

I believe there are 7 black books all together. I don't think you get to read them until the whole quest is completed. (spoiler) Killing Miraak is not the end of the quest as far as I know.

You can use the books to change spell choices in them, pick one of three choices in each.
