[SOLVED] Skaal Village ignores me :(

As usual, i have the buggiest Skyrim copy ever made..

This time, since yesterday, i've been *friendzoned* by the skaal village, as in they arent responding to my chat messages, no matter which npc.
As for the main quest, everything is finished besides actually reading 'waking dreams' and killing Miraak (saving it for the end since... the rewards.. u know).

Basically everytime i have a misc quest in solsthein which requires of me to talk to one of the Skaallies, they give me a line of 'how they're sorry that Storn is dead', without actually saying anything about the quest marker floating above their head >.<

I have only 2 speculations of why this is happening:

1) I went to Saering's Watch, which is a dragon icon in the map, located west from Skaal village, and there was a badass dragon there (Serpntine Dragon - the ugly dragon shown in the loading screen while Miraak is riding on).
Anyway i think i killed it in an unconventional way, as it didnt respond to my Dragonrend shout, and kept flying regardless of its health, hinting that it shouldnt be killed yet. After i killed it anyway, its corpse wasnt vaporized and i didnt get its soul, and also its corpse keeps spawning in the Skaal village everytime i visit it:

2) The buggy quest 'A new source of stalhrim' got buggied for me, again (not the first playthrough it happened), and i couldnt finish it. So i had to use console commands to set stage and finish it with commands. Maybe that triggered everything.. ?

Anyway, i can always keep finishing quests with commands altho i tend not to do that, since it ruins more than i can benefit from.

Any ideas ? (If it wasnt detailed enough, i can always broadcast to whoever is seeking to help me and show in real time what happens)

Any mods?

I did add and then deleted a few quest mods (the popular 5 quest series) + the skyrim mule, all from the steam workshop.
Nothing else besides this tho.

ok.

Some mods you have in your loadorder do come from Nexus since they only can be found there.

Did se your img from NMM.
You know that you can export your loadorder as txt file?

Have you tried to run LOOT on your load list?

I have the powers to upload screenies very fast. thanks anyway.
I always run LOOT after i add/remove mods.

TBH im pretty sure its not a mod issues but a failed-to-complete quest issue. As i mentioned in my main post. Since it only happens in skaal village, not an entire game bug.

Have you tried to leave the village for 10 days, and return to see what happens?
It is the time for the cell to reset.
Or perhaps leave Solstheim for some time.

And console commands are bad to use as first error fixing.

I'll try leaving for that long and see. Yes i know commands are bad for quest fixing, only used it once to force a quest to finish, which is my #1 suspect of why im having this issue now..
But tbh, i dont really care about these quests since they're miscs. Killing miraak is still an option i can do anytime, so thats thw only thing i care about right now.

well i just waited 10 days and indeed the dragon came back to life, altho the skaallies are still frinedzoning me. :(
I guess after i finish with Miraak i'll just use console to clear all these quests then. Dont wanna risk harming the final quest tho.

And I did miss one thing earlier. You say 'how they're sorry that Storn is dead' Did you talk to him before?
You have done the Stone quest?
It is some time since I did the Mirak stuff.

Yes i did all the skaal quests besides actually reading 'waking dreams' and confronting Miraak.

The dragon isnt an issues anymore, as its alive again after 10 days of 'waiting'. The issue is with the Skall villagers who dont interact with me at all. Not Frea, not anyone else.
And no, i dont have an old save which i should use to revert back.

I have 3 quest markers over 3 skaal villagers, all of which are random misc quests like convincing that kid not to leave their village, etc.

Dont they pop back to normal after you kill Miraak?

This isnt my first playthrough of the game. They shouldnt stay in grief after Storn's death for that long. Think about it, they gave me misc quests to begin, and now they're stuck in zombie-mode... ? Miraak has nothing to do with it, and as i said before, im avoiding his quest for now so i can benefit his rewards even further.

That stage in between dead Storn and not dead Miraak puts them in zombie mode? Im not sure. I just have a mental note that the Skaal are stupid and useless unless you whack Miraak. Whatever that means.
