Requiem related problem. Need tech help.

I have watched the youtube tutorials on how to install requiem. I downloaded Java7 32bit just as instructed. But Java refuses to run. It insists that I upgrade to Java8. How do I get Java7 to run? Every time I try to run Java7 as the tutorial insists I have to, all I get is update to Java8 or screw you. I really need some help here. Thanks in advance for any and all assistance. My problem is when I try to ativate Java 7. I go to Google ghrome and try to activate it and it won't let me. It insists that I upgrade to 8. If I do so then I can't get the Requiem for the Indifferent.esp It requires I do so through Java 7. But until I can activate it in Google Chrome I can't reach the point of getting Requiem for the Indifferent. After I get it I can upgrade.

Yes. I tried Java 8. It refused to install at all. It at least installed when I followed instructions and downloaded and used Java7.

@facciola007. Who said I was pissed off? I'm not. I'm just frustrated as hell. But I wasn't being snarky or anything. At least not intentionally. I was trying to be informative. Apparently I failed. Sorry. And just to clarify, I did get the mod through Nexus. I didn't even know that there was a workshop version.

MO. I watched the tutorial on how to install and activate Requiem using MO.

I take it java is for the patcher ... well external programs are sometimes a bit difficult to run with MO. Btw did you install 32 or 64 bit java? because MO can't handle 64 bit apps.

@SpeedFreak I dowloaded the 32bit as instructed. The tutorial told me that MO didn't like 64bit.

btw the problem is really that Java refuses to be opened in my web browser. It's when I try to do that that the "you must upgrade to Java 8 or die" problem occurs. Once I get Java 7 to open up in my web browser I'm golden. Until then I'm screwed.
