A Pregnancy in Skyrim

I have been playing this game for over 3,000 hours and only once has the following happened to me.

I was at the Temple of Mara in Riften when I overheard Dinya Balu tell Maramal that she was carrying his child. The both thanked Lady Mara and professed their love and excitement for the event.

Certainly odd to actually hear dialog about this.

I have over 5,000 and never heard that comment but Skyrim has some things that happen new every time a heck of a game.
