No decals.

I don't have any decals in my game no blood no runes etc.
In options decals are set to max and i tried editing both skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini
I thought that it's a problem with mods but even disabling all of them didin't work.

does anyone have a solution to this it's really annoying and i couldn't find any fix for it online.

God i forgot about this post try to delete the ini files and then launch the game again this helped me.
