Mirabelle Ervine is bugged (Revealing the Unseen quest)

Mirabelle Ervine cannot be found, my guess is that she is stuck on the highest college tower according to the map and since i saw spells being cast from there while fighting a dragon
i cant reach her since the doors are locked, is there anyway to get the door lock picked or pickpicket the key from someone?

i guess there is some solution by using console commands but i'd rather not use cheats and console commands unless i really have no choice
any ideas?

There are four lots of stairs leading up to the roof. Only some of them have locked doors.

Which is why it's doubtful that Mirabelle is up there.

she is there i can see the icon on the map and when i fought a dragon i could see her move and using magic

Try leaving Winterhold - go to Whiterun. Exit your game and Steam. Wait 5 mins then recommence. Sometimes that is all that is needed to place the NPC's back where they belong.

trying the above method did not worked,
eventually i had to use "moveto player" console command to get mirabelle to my location

The Unofficial patches from Nexus fix a LOT of bugs Bethesda left in their game. The Nexus is FREE - ignore the membership supporter and Premium fees.

If you plan to install NMM use the Beta version not the Alpha which is going through the testing phase at the moment.

Have u tried to just use tcl (no clip command) and fly over there?
Yea its a bit breaking but if shes stuck there because of a dragon fight, dont expect her to come down on her own.
Dragon fights are known to screw up NPC locations.
