Falion?

I started the "Dawn Mission" and completed it up to the part where you meet Falion at that circle place where he heals your vampire-ness, The fact is, I arrived early and waited for him. Looking at walkthroughs he's supposed to say "Oh you're here" and begin the process when you press E on him, but no. He arrived and talked about other things all the way to 7 AM in which he walked off and continued to talk of nothing about the ritual. The process never started, I guess I'm trying to say. How do I fix this? Help!

read the directions there for possible glitches ..... some times the glitch is created by you trying to get things done in a hurry and not letting the game create the content .... like being there early! Some triggers in game need things to be activated before you get there.

Try going back to an earlier save wait in morthal then at the alloted time head there! If that doesn't work use that link to read how to get a around a glitch.

Quicksave when he arrives once he stops moving, then try to talk to him. Quickload if he doesn't start the ritual and try again. The actors often need time to get started in this game, it's why it's useful to do that or wait on occasions.

As a rule, quicksave before talking to anyone who's supposed to advance a quest, you never know when the game will crap out on ya, but you can be sure it will at some moment.
