15 Daedric Artifacts - No Achievement?

I have gotten all of these items on one character but have gotten no achievement.

To get the achivment you have to complete the 15 quests with the right ending that gives you the artifact. It has nothing to do with the actual artifacts themselfs you can sell them as soon as you get them and still get the achi as long as you completed all the quests on the same playthrough.
So no matter what you do at the Sindling quest its still only counts as one.

Not true AT all. Yes you have to complete the quests, but it also tracks what artifacts you get, so you can get BOTH artifacts in the singling quest and get them BOTH to count towards the achievement by using the glitch. This glitch is well documented and very well known in the skyrim community because it allows people to get this very frustrating achievement.

Oh, also, it's worth noting that at least one artefact only 'counts' if you complete the quest a particular way - Azura's Star. If you go with the High Elf and end up with the Black Star (which is arguably more useful as it can trap black souls, and thus is often the popular choice and recommended if you actually want to make use of it and your character doesn't mind trapping black souls) I am 99% certain it doesn't count for the achievement. Can't remember if there are any others (as I say, both of Hircine's artefacts generally count *and* you can get both in one game).

That's not true about the black star. I got the oblivion walker with the black star. From what I've seen posted on these boards when people list all their daedric artifacts and say they've not got the achievement, they all had one thing in common---they got the Saviour's Hide but didn't get the Ring of Hircine. I think thats the key, and its why i think you should save the Ill Met By Moonlight quest till last and go for the ring of Hircine first and if it still doesn't register then you have the option of getting Saviours Hide also.

ihad this issue, it was ill met by moonlight, i had the ring of hircine but didnt get the achievement until i went back to bloated mans grotto and killed sinding to get the saviours hide too, i know it was this as i had to start a new character just for this achievement, it was the last one i hadn't done, i followed the exact quests i needed, got the correct artifacts and still never got it, so if you got the ring, go and kill sinding, skin him and get the saviours hide and you will be done.

In that order, then i went for saviours hide and the achievement popped up on my screen. i got this achievement half an hour ago so believe me, it's this way to do it, check my profile, you will see.

The what I got aswell and got the oblivion walker achievement, although I didn't need to get Saviours Hide for the 16th as the achievement popped up with Ring of Hircine, but yes you need to leave Ill Met By Moonlight till last.

No it does, i got the Ring of Hircine and not the Saviours Hide as my 15th and got the achievement. Its mind boggling what the problem is with the quest but the only thing that is more probable to work is collect the other 14 artifacts first and leave Ill Met By Moolight till last and get those 2 from that to bring it to 16 collected.

Well I wont get this achievement. I saved the Priest from those ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up cannibals in Markarth... I HATE Daedric quests. I choose the mocking/disrespectful dialogue options whenever I can. Filthy Daedra.

If you have previous save File from before you killed Sinding ... use that go back and redo that whole quest!

Read up carefully at the UESP site http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Ill_Met_By_Moonlight.
So you know exactly what to do .... it can be buggy so allow scripts to complete and do it slowly.

I think often the game gets glitchy by people starting to slash their enemy before a conversation has finished ... then wonder why there is no dialogue to get what they wanted.

If you get the achievement .... you can either then go back to your game and whatever you were up to ... or carry on from the Bloated Man's Grotto.
