I can't give you super-detailed instructions here, bodyslide isn't my best skillset.
Use Obody, and then give her a preset using that mod's in-game interface.
Presets literally just need to be downloaded and installed like any other mod, and then you just give them it using Obody. This also applies to your own character; Give yourself the preset you want using Obody.
You build your base body (for everyone) using the zeroed option when using Obody. (For men *and* women. Otherwise Obody will build that fat guy preset on top of whatever you have it set to.)
Your way would certainly work, but a mod to give a preset to her would probably be simpler, as it wouldn't require modifying every armor and clothing item to match the sliders present in that body.
Re: CK. There are ways to rewrite mods to use a custom body using the CK. It's kind of complex and easy to get wrong, and I can't help you with that.
