I'm not quite sure how you are trying to alter just her, but theoretically changing the femalebody nifs in bodyslide globally (creating a body, saving it, and building its) and allowing it to overwrite this mod should do the trick. A secondary step might be to drag the new nifs into the mod itself, replacing the built-in body.

I can't give you super-detailed instructions here, bodyslide isn't my best skillset.

would you happen to know how to drag the nif into the mod itself i don't quite know how to do that besides just using bodyslide to make the body and hitting batch build

When you build a body in bodyslide the output either writes to your data folder or alternatively to wherever your mod manager sends tool outputs. You need to find that output in Windows and then drag and drop the adjusted nifs one-by-one into the Seductress mod folder. The Serana mod filetree for the body meshes is Body>CBBE>Meshes>actors>character>character assets>Serana> (body, hands, and feet meshes).

Use Obody, and then give her a preset using that mod's in-game interface.
Presets literally just need to be downloaded and installed like any other mod, and then you just give them it using Obody. This also applies to your own character; Give yourself the preset you want using Obody.

You build your base body (for everyone) using the zeroed option when using Obody. (For men *and* women. Otherwise Obody will build that fat guy preset on top of whatever you have it set to.)

^^ Option. It's been so long that I've used Oldrim that I'm out of the loop on what tools are available or current. When I last worked with Oldrim a lot of the bodies and armors hadn't been converted to modern standards. My replies were written for the 2016 state of affairs.

Your way would certainly work, but a mod to give a preset to her would probably be simpler, as it wouldn't require modifying every armor and clothing item to match the sliders present in that body.

I just tried this morning using the creation kit and well that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up and locked her back into her vanilla skin and now I don’t know who to fix that besides starting a new game and or a fresh installation

^^Nothing I said should have touched anything other than your CBBE files, Caliente tools, and the Seductress files. Try uninstalling CBBE, BodySlide and Outfit Studio, and the Seductress mod. Before you reinstall, make sure you don't have any loose .nifs floating around your data folder and be sure after you uninstall those three mods that you don't still have a Caliente tools folder in your game folder. Then, reinstall those three mods. That should get you back to where you were before.

Re: CK. There are ways to rewrite mods to use a custom body using the CK. It's kind of complex and easy to get wrong, and I can't help you with that.
