How does the speech skill increase?
does it increase by how much stuff you sell? or how much money you get by selling?

I need a quick responce, my speech is at 91 and Id like to increase it as fast as possible.

Thank you.

You gain progress everytime you buy or sell an item, and is proportional to how much the item costs. Buying or selling a stack of items acts as if it was only of the item for experience purposes, so if there's more than five of an item make sure to set the buy/sell ammount to 1 and repeatedly buy/sell it like that if you want to level the skill quicker.

k thanks.
Any conversation option that is say... (intimidate) (Persuade) or the like also give you a bit of bonus speech xp if you pass them, so always pick them when you have the chance.

You can also train in speech skill in solitude at the bards college upto level 90.

Your best bet is to check out the skill usage section on this page to find people to use persuassion on: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Speech.

I am not sure how well it works at level 90, but I have found that wearing the Amulet of Dibella/Articulation, Mask of Clavicus Vile, with the Gift of Charity and Blessing of Dibella at low skill levels give significantly more exp when performing any persuassion/intimidate choice.

Another thing you can do is use this mod which allows you to learn speechcraft from reading books.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21765/?

With that mod, just go to the College of Winterhold and read the books in the library.

You may also want to combine the Thief Stone with the Lovers Stone stored on the Aetherial Crown and sleeping bonus to increase your speechcraft XP by 45%.

Get a bunch of rings + get a bunch of petty soul gems + enchant them with a high price enchant like sneak = low cost, high return investment.

As a reward for finishing all the Bard Quests, you were supposed to receive a reward 'Gift of the Gab' which gave you +15 Speech. However Bethesda stuffed that up again and you do not receive this Perk. :-(

I looked through the college and no one wants to train me... btw I already did their quests if your asking

Sell dragonbone stuff, enchanted for preference. Although no--one will have remotely near the asking price, sell the items anyway and your speech skill is still affected as if you'd got properly paid. For me, the magic mushroom mod has an optional file to add frenzy to fly amanita; i mix it with blue butterly wings and blisterwort to make potions worth 40+K and that pretty much rinses both Alchemy and Speechcraft with @20 of them if you keep putting the relevant perk points on,

No trainer will teach you once you reach level 90 in that skill. You are on your own.

I found that a good way to level up is to get some armor with a relitively high level and get into a fight (usually with brawlers or low level bandits) and just leave it over night and in the morning youl have heavy or light armor at level 90-100

And what does this have to do with raising the Speech skill?
