Sound problem
Yesterday I installed this version of skyrim, the original one if you can call it this way, and i noticed i have sound issues when i'm facing something or someone that produce sounds, i can't hear them almost at all. but if I turn my camera left or right it speaks normally or sounds normal. is there a solution to this, I saw they updated the game mid 2024 so i don't think that my laptop is at fault. Is there any fix?

Set the speaker setting for your laptop/PC to Stereo. There should be an option for that when you right click the audio icon that's in the bottom right corner of your display screen.

Also, if you have "quiet sound" issues, regardless of the direction you face, try this.
In the bottom right of your screen, there is the audio icon. Right click on that and select Sounds from the menu that pops up. In the box that appears, Click on the Playback tab, and select the speaker that is being used by your machine. In the next box that appears, you should see a tab labeled Enhancements - click on that. You will now see a selection of options to tick - check the one for Loudness Equalization. Then, click on the tab marked Advanced and where it says Default Format, click on the part where it shows the bit and Hz setting and select 24 bit, 48000 HZ (Studio Quality).

Click Apply, then Okay, and close the remaining pop up window by clicking OK.

Good luck!
