What is CONT?
So I'm using console commands, when I typed Help "Spell Tome" I saw "CONT: (000c2cd9) 'All Spell Tomes'.

I'm pretty sure it's short for container. I would be very careful recently someone crashed their game with this similar command.

psb Player Spell Book Gives the character a complete spell book, including the shouts, and unlocks bestial abilities. Dragon souls are still required for shouts. This can crash Skyrim.
