Can I get serana to bite me again?

I enjoy the boosts you get as a vampire lord, but I had to cure the vampirism I got from serana to continue with the quest. Can I become one again, or am I stuck as a human?

Thats the only time the dialogue will appear from what I remember. That said, you can always infect yourself with vampirism and add the vampire lord powers through the console.

Twice. Pretty sure it's only twice. So if you followed dawnguard and she infected you and you cured it you have one more.

I'm too lazy too google it for you but I'm sure the ids are up on uesp or elderscrolls wiki. Just infect yourself either by spawning some vampires or using SetPlayerRace. Then add all the vampire lord abilities one by one: player.addspell xxx

player.setrace nordracevampire (replace nord with whatever you are)
help "vampire lord" (w/ quotes otherwise it won't search both words)
player.addspell (Whatever ID it gives you from the help search)

If you wish to do something in that department, then Shared Serana Dialogue - Modder's Resource 1.1 already exists. I won't give direct link, because it is hosted in adult modding site, but if you need it, then it should appear in any search engine.
