Eye of Magnus spawning in the overworld.

So I was exploring the Abandoned Prison when I noticed that the Eye of Magnus was in the cliff that was just above the prison. I was doing the quest for the college, and this does not effect the quest in any way. It's just something that bugs me. The Eye is physically there; even though it is partially inside the cliff.

Mods:
Beside the mods you could probably make out in the picture (Lungaris, Inigo, Wet and Cold, SkyUI, and Immersive HUD), I also use quite a bit of mods that works with Climates of Tamriel, Sounds of Skyrim, and Audio Overhaul. Most of my mods either changes sounds, lighting, or textures. I don't think that they would have caused the problem, but if someone could help that would be nice.

Fix:
Okay so I found a way to fix it: go into the console commands, click on the item, and type "disable". The item no longer exists after hitting enter.

No I did not, but the Eye is still in the college. The quest hasn't seemed to bug either.

The exact same thing happened to me at the same spot on the cliff. It's the most random glitch I've ever had, and I have no idea what combo of mods caused it to occur.

It's the Real Clouds mod. Unknown reason as to why it adds the Eye there. Someone at the Nexus started a thread under the mod asking about it.
