how do you start lost legacy?
just wondering Ive looked it up and everyone only shows after you start it but not getting it

1. Talk to Tharstan in Skaal Village.
2. Travel to Vahlok's Tomb and talk to Tharstan again.
3. Explore
4. Kill
5. Profit

they I have used both dialogue options and they didnt start a quest

you have to rescue the blacksmith and return the Stalrim map first

have you killed Miraak yet, which i believe you must do that first before people in the village will talk to you.

as you enter the village, there should be two people talking about the missing Blachsmith, also check your quest log

I just found out I may have killed doer woodcutter in the process of fixing the stones

You might be able to trigger by going to the Thalmor's cabin on the west of the island and north of Raven Rock, should be three Thalmor outside wearing leather armor and not their normal gear, kill them and pray one of them has the key for the cabin. Good-luck...

I dont really need it any more I found a diffirent mission thatleads to the final word of dragon aspect
