how to fight draugr deathlord effectively for a warrior class
I selected an Orc warrior character. There is a kind of draugr having the disarm spell. One day I encountered three deathlords at a time during the Companion entrance test. and they just wasted my weapons every time I drew something. Two companions were down, and all I could use was my pathetic little flame spell. It took me a good hour to deal with them. Ironically, I laughed at them yelling at me angrily since nothing happed to me when I firstly used a mage character. It makes a difference now. So what should I do if I see these creatures next time? I am not good at any magic/spells nor sneak, and I don't want to rely much on my followers.

Use bows from a distance, use the bound sword, etc spells. If they get kocked out, cast another spell. As an aside, use flame atanachs to distract them.

Well like wowzer said, your best bet would be to use bows and bound weapons. Though given the fact that you're trying to play as a warrior, I imagine allocating points to magicka is less than ideal. One thing that might work instead is hot-keying your weapons or putting them on your favorites list. You can normally tell when Draugr are about to use a shout and if you're quick enough, you might be able to unequip the weapon before they disarm you and reequip it immediately afterward. I'd also keep a few spare weapons handy in case you mess up.

I like the good old shield bash when they start to shout. One of my better avatars went heavy into shields choosing the perk that slows time when a power attack is coming and went deep into the heavy armors so even his right cross/uppercut get the damage bonus from his ebony (or was it daedric) gauntlets.

I'm with Wowszer on the summoning followers strategy. If I get more than a couple of them and I can't get them all grouped close for shield bashing, summoning something like a Dremora Lord will keep one or two of them busy. Also I tend to run/maneuver around a fight a lot, so if I'm 5 feet or so away from them, their shouts tend to miss.

Another strategy would be to keep the frenzy and calm scrolls (since your a fighter) that affect a group and an invisible potion. Let them beat down your followers and then when they all gang up on you, you read the frenzy and then quaff the invisible potion and then run around until they beat on each other enough to stop chasing your invisible self and kill each other off.

Two of my more sneak based avatars learned the quiet perk from illusion so they could cast buffs and invisible while near enemies and not draw attention from the verbal component of the casting. Plus its pretty awesome when the draugr ignore a high sneak dragonborn to attack the heavy plate follower allowing you a nice backstab when they run by you. I've been known to do that with bandits as well.

Enchanting a bow or any weapon with Calm or Fear would probably work too since you can take a few hits as a fighter. I think my Bosmer Bowyer has a dagger with Fiery Soul Trap and Fear (two enchantments are nice) for the times that stuff gets in his face.

Anyway, those are a few of the more popular strategies I've read/learned/used in my few months of playing. Good Luck.

Starsurfer has a good idea. SKY UI allows you to make 8 weapon pairings (using the F1-8 keys) from your favorites list, I usually have a sword shield, shield summon sword, dagger dagger on my sneaky, shield spell, double spells and so on. I also hotkey my shield and at least two weapons so I can click 1-8 if something isn't equipped from the F keys.

Hotkeys make it nice when you want to quickly switch from a pure damage weapon to a vampiric (health/stamina draining), soul trap, paralyze, fear and so on weapon.
