DragonbornDLC Bug - At the Summit Of Apocrypha, Miraak

So, yeah, I'm encountering a weird bug. Happens everytime. [/spoiler]After Miraak takes the first dragon's soul (regenerate health) he just whirlwind sprints into the green thingy[/spoiler] and never comes back up. With a little help from Sahrotaar, I managed to find out that he was in a little stone room below the battlefield. He stays in etheral form and just stares at the ceiling. If I "tcl" down there, all he says is "Ah, now we can finish this."

Any fixes? I hate it when I have to use the console/load a save back to something like chapter 4 in the book. I took a screenshot as well. Please help! D:
