The drafting table is just for that: creating drafts. That is, basic outlines of what you've selected.
Right now, all that you've got is a set of pickets in the ground and a bit of rope. You've marked the area where work's going to take place, but not much else. To progress, you'll need to purchase Sawn Logs, which you can do at any Lumber Mill in Skyrim. Alternatively, if you have a follower that's either part of the official DLCs or that's designated as being Hearthfire compatible, you can ask it to work as a steward for you. Your steward handles all the necessary purchases, all you have to provide is the needed cash.
If you want to do things the hard and unquestionably manual way, start saving on Iron Ingots, Straw, Glass and Corundum, at the very least. These, along with the logs, are going to be your primary money sink for a long while. You'll also need Quarried Stones and Clay, but your Hearthfire-compatible plots of land come with Rock Quarries and Clay Deposits nearby.
To build greenhouse or armory, OP must have built the small house and the hall first, so I think this much is obvious. :)
