Why is my Skyrim Sky like this?
Hey guys, I have a weird error in my sky.
Ive recently bought a new BenQ Gl2460 Monitor and its conncted to my GTX570.

My Sky looks like this: http://de.tinypic.com/view.php?pic=1zea25j&s=8#.Uz3FM1csAxw
The ''green circles'' are moving. They are small, get bigger, fade away and another one starts.

Any Ideas?

GeForce GTX570
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz
8,00GB RAM (7,89GB verwendbar)
1920x1080, 60Hz
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate

I had something similar when using Climates of Tamriel and Frostfall. Frostfall for whatever reason wasn't initializing its install. Now I have no idea if either mod caused the issue, just a hunch as you have to look to the sky to actually initiate frostfall.

Thank you everyone for your anwers. Disabling Climates of Tamriel led to this:

I now know, that this is a problem with my Monitor, because some grey/dark colours are fuzzy/flashy for example Steam Library.
Another example would be the picture with the black and white stripes at this page:
http://www.imaging-resource.com/ARTS/MONCAL/CALIBRATE.HTM

If I scroll up or down, the picture starts to flicker. I just today bought a new Dvi-D cable for my monitor, and flickering or flashing at dark green backgrounds (like Steam or Dota 2) dissapeared. My only problem left is that strange fuzzyness. I hope someone can help me out with this, because I dont want to bring back my monitor before trying out a few things.
Might this be a graphics card issue? Do I have to change things at the Nvidia Control panel? I dont know.

Joke!! Hannah. Climate of tamriel has a dark side to it at night I think there is a fix with in the mod page below you installed it(NMM) from, others complained it is too dark.
I use
Project Reality - Climates Of TamrieL-V3
Project ENB -Project ENB data folder for Climates Of tamriel UPDATE 3, version v0.221r
There are many more and others may suggest but I find this OK with other graphic mods I have on.

Thank you for your answer. As I mentioned before, the graphical issue has nothing to do with my installed mods. There has to be something wrong with Nvidia Settings or something.
If anyone else has any ideas please post them.

Is this happening only in game or when computer is on (not in game)

Its not only in skyrim. I can see small flashing or fuzyness in dark/grey backgrounds. It is hard to explain. As I said, the picture here: http://www.imaging-resource.com/ARTS/MONCAL/CALIBRATE.HTM
(the one at the bottom with the blark and white stripes) flickers/flashes when I scroll.

Going by what that is saying

'So, if you don't see a uniform grey when you look at the image above, your display's gamma setting is off. Fixing this really requires a display calibrator, the "contrast" control on LCDs doesn't actually control the gamma.'

A BenQ (or dealer) would have the calibrator to fix it or you may have to exchange that one for a new moniter
BTW I have BenQ 22" monitor, never had this problem. Sound like it stuff take it back to whoever you got it from, either to fix or replace.
PS Sorry I can't help to fix but at least you why it is happening.
