How much disk space ?
How much disk space is required for a full legendary edition install including the hi-res texture pack ?

Also, is there likely going to be any further official DLC releases ?

i think its around 8gb... not really sure...

Go to Skyrim/properties/local files - disk usage mine is 13326mb on drive C;

So if I installed it on my system drive it would leave a paltry 50GB free - should be enough I guess.
