Health Regen Change

I have looked up the console command on this. I need an example. Someone just type me an example of 2X normal Health Regen in/off combat. Please read this before posting. I don't want Links, or URLs... Just type me an example of what to type.

i say its easier and has more value for your game to enchant an armor with a health regen spell

x is the value you permanently want to increase

@Gnewna. If you're in a terrible mood. Don't take it out on random people online. Go do some pushups or something. Best thing to do with anger is to flex your muscles with it. :)
