Is there a mod or cheat to cure lycanthropy?

if you have dawnguard, your other option is to go vampire lord. that'll get rid of lycanthropy for you

Getting bitten by a Vampire won't work. Lycanthropes are immune to desease. Only scripted contractions of vampirism will work.

Just go back to Ysgramor's tomb and use a Glenmoril witch head.

This is how I achieved my cure .. but I had to cure two companions before it would work for me.

You can also do it when doing the quest there the first time.
