Help with RP
So after Finishing skyrim twice, I thought "why not RP". The question i have is is there any place i can get normal civilian clothes WITHOUT MURDERING THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF RIVERWOOD OR SUCH. Are there mods or something that can help?

Yes, go to Radiant Raiment in Solitude - actually any general goods merchant might have regular clothes, but Radient Raiment sells exclusively clothes (more or less) and usually has a decent selection of ordinary clothes for a few coins.

Alternatively, you might like Skyrim Unbound - it's an alternate start mod which gives you a lot of options - all of which can be randomised or selected. For example you can choose from options including random clothes/random light or heavy armour/light armour/heavy armour/common clothes/fine clothes/rags/armour for either side of the CW. It also lets you switch off dragons and word walls.

I may misunderstand your question but Radiant Raiments (SP?) in Solitude, sells regular clothes. I think many if not most general merchants do too.
Let me see if I can find the nexus mod for you.

If you make friends with someone you can take the clothes in their closets. Heck, you can even buy clothes from general merchants, although their stock is usually very limited.

It also lets you completely skip the main quest(so long as you steer clear of Helgen). It also unties the civil war from the main quest if you want to do that with out being forced to advance it in Whiterun.

I like to start in one of the smaller towns and just do things for the locals like chop wood or mine until i can afford a bow, then start hunnting. Then sell the stuff from hunting to buy more gear, and so on and so forth.

You might also try the hunting and fishing mods. They go well with Frostfall and the needs* mods too.

*I prefer Imp's More Complex Needs because it has a basic mode, but many people like Realistic Needs and Diseases.

Gnewna is correct. Radiant Rainments is the best place to buy clothing.
