Black Book Solution?

Is there still no solution to the infinite loading screen that happens when trying to read a Black Book?

I never had an infinite load screen while reading one, nor a long load screen. Assuming it's a glitch/bug?? The only consistent bug I have is with 2 particular Black Books; When completing 2 of the books, at the end, they make sort of a static sound when you choose your reward(power). When I leave the place, the sound follows everywhere I go. I found a way to clear it. I had to leave the game and reload a different game, then go back and reload the previous game.

I've played through this DLC before and didn't have this problem. But now I do and apparently a lot of other do as well and yet there is no solution that I've heard of.
