I waited until I was Arch-mage before I went after the master spells. I now have all of them.
Didn't have any dialogue problems though.
Well, use console commands at your own risk! Can't be said enough. Especially doing something very likely to glitch the game somehow, like creating an identically named NPC.
If the setstage command does not work, you have only one solution: give you the destruction master spells book using the "additem command" or directly the spells using another console command. So you'll get them without even needing to do the quest (wich wasn't that exiciting anyway).
Future suggestion: be very carefull in spawning/despawning and Disabling/enabling quest giver npcs in the future. For that char Faralda will be bugged forever.
