Instantly healing after taking damage

Ever since I bought the DLC, my character will instantly start to regain health after being hit and the health recharges very quickly, it's like i'm constantly taking a health potion which never runs out. I am incapable of dying from pretty much anything but falling. In the video, I have no health regen boosts from stones/potions/etc.

Anything help is appreciated, I have already tried deactivating all of my mods and validating my game files.

Note: The glitch didn't start happening as soon as I downloaded the DLC and loaded my save. It started some time after, not sure when.

I'm quite certain that you fiddled with the console command.

I think the ring your wearing looks suspicious, i remember opening creation kit and making myself a ring of everything and my health would regenerate just like that, well not quite like that, mine just never went down.. ;)

Enchanted items of health regen? I can get up to 34% faster regen on each item if I enchant them myself and I have a ring of 50% faster health regen I bought in some traders store

That ring is the bond of matramony, which I had on way before the glitch started, so i doubt it's that.

Any idea what i've changed then? I have little to no experience with console commands and i've only used them once to no-clip when i got stuck.

I had a feeling it was just health regen boosts from items and such since i had the lady stone bonus on, but I removed all of them so I had no bonuses and this still happened.
