Any good mods that make Kahjiit look better without adding nudity?

Been searching for ever now and all I can find is that CBBE and UNP that makes females over-sexualized.

digitigrade Khajiit. Adds morrowind style feet to the Skyrim Khajiit. They'll have feet more like cats with this mod. NPC faceunlocker also releases some presets for the khajiit that you normally can't get.

Is it possible to get a version of UNP without nudity becuase I could have sworn I saw something awhile back saying you could get that.

If it's for females only, take the UNP with bikini (2 downloads). Also worth mentioning is CoverKhajiit and Covereyes (and a leopard texture.) <-- IMO
If ever interested for males, u can use SC-Khajiit and Coverkhajiit male variant and also Covereyes.
Grimoas plantigrade is also quite nice IMO.
Perhaps u need to take the RaceMenu mod aswell, it makes the character creation a lot more detailed.

I might try the CoverKahjiit one as im not interested in large breasts.

Does that mod require any other type of install other than extracting and dropping it in the skyrim data folder?

I always use the Nexus Mod Manager, so I'm not sure. I think it's just a retexture so extract and drop will work fine I suppose.

The basic version from the original author(s) should have options that install the replacement body mesh with vanilla-style undies instead of naked. UNP calls this "bikini", while CBBE versions call this "nevernude", so look for download files or install options with those keywords.
