you need them for dragonbone armors, store the bones somewhere.

You can sell to general traders, the fence in thieve's guild. Try the trader in Riverwood.

Most shops that sell bits and bobs, like Belathors in Whiterun or The Riverwood Trader in RIverwood. If you've got a house I'd store them for later to make Dragonbone armour.

Any "general merchandise" or "alchemist" type of merchant. Of course, you will want to keep plenty of them for when you get the "dragon" crafting perk. Store them in a container in one of your houses (they'll eventually disappear if you try to store them in other containers).
