or just enchat some circlet with water breathing and stay underwater forever with any race. There are no combat underwater anyway(with exception of Slaughterfish ).
If we are talking modded game and not vanilla then we might as well give the Khajit water breathing, 100% of each resistance and 100 of each skill, perhaps give them every racial ability available.
I enjoyed the excellent unarmed moves of the Khajiit with their natural sneak ability.
Becuase they have famous and illegal skooma recipies. Argonians has their muds and ponds.
