How many characters have you created in Skyrim? Which one is your favorite and why?
I have about 4 characters, my favorite is my Dunmer Skorn-Half-Elven. I used one of the half elf mods here in the workshop. I dont touch any of the dragonborn story questline quests, and i basically role play this guy as to someone who is not involved with the whole dragonborn thing. It makes for a nice pace of change not being the almighty dragonborn.

About fifteen or twenty, I think, although a few were pretty short-lived, either because I didn't like them or I was playing dead is dead. I never really go back to old characters, though, I had one who was shaping up to be possibly a main character I would go back to, but I had some screwy conflict between two mods which supposedly work fine together and the Hearthfire house I was in got buggy and I ended up starting again, which was a little frustrating as this was the first time I'd nearly finished the main quest. Currently playing as a vampire who's joined the College at Winterhold, not sure whether she'll go through the whole questline or defect to the Thieves' Guild (although I'm also not sure if they'll have me now I'm full vamp?) Haven't decided whether she's Dragonborn or not, yet. Think I might play through the Dawnguard stuff, although I'm not certain whether I can do that without actually joining up with the Dawnguard, which I'm guessing I wouldn't be able to do without being cured.
Too many to count. My current character is a lumberjack, and he's okay. He sleeps all night and he works all day.
I've made.........I can't even remember, more then 20 at least. I had three characters that i specificly liked though.

One was a high elf, forget her name. She was a master wizard(wizardess?). She got to be a pain to play as because nearing level 90, the game got real hard because i had speced her so badly. I geuss she could fit into any category by 94, thief, wizard, warrior but wasn't exactly skilled for some combat enhancement mods and master difficulty. Sadly her save got corrupted beyond belief and fixing soo....i had ta put her down :P I'm pretty sure i have some screenshots of her though.

The second one was a dark elf, master assassin(at least i thought he was). I got a few assassin armor mods which really revamped him along with some vampire mods and he was really fun to play as then. I had properly speced him so i was speeding through expert and master. I don't quite remember what happened to him though, i must have lost him in my saves. Deleted them all later, remembered what i had done, and quite playing Skyrim for awhile, thats how much fun i had with him. I think i had gotten him up to 64 when i last played as him.

My most recent character, a wood elf. Experienced in larceny, archery, anything that qualifies a thief. She's more combat oriented and i had started a little of the main quest so you can just tell how hard it was fighting dragons. I still keep the difficulty at expert so everything is somewhat easy? No, it's hell, haha. I've had quite some fun with her, gonna see how far i'll go before i get bored. I don't think that'll it be anytime soon, if all! She's very fun to play as, trying to stay out of combat, avoiding danger and stuff, hardly killing. Something i never did with my other characters.

Well, that was my semi-long list of my experiences with characters in this wonderful game.
-Thanks Bethesda for this great game!
I've played every race except Redguard, some longer than others. I have some standout favorites.

My first character was a Bosmer. Jack of all trades, was only good at archery and sneak because it was my first playthrough and I was scared of everything! Finished Mainquest, College, Civil War, Daedric quests, Side quests.

An Orc, that I based off the "old orc" encounter. Did Mainquest and Civil War.

"Son of Skyrim" Nord. Did Mainquest, Dawnguard, Companions, Dragonborn, and lol, the Mage's guild cause it wasn't bugged.

Hunter Nord, no crafting, no fast travel. Dead is dead. Lived in a hut and roamed the countryside hunting.

While I liked playing as a mage, I felt that getting dual casting destruction and impact, eventually ruined it for me (too strong), and I know a lot of people like alteration, illusion, and conjuration, but I can't get into them. It's just one more set of spells I have to deal with. So after playing a string of mages, I finally settled on a hybrid class, an Imperial shield mage. Favorite spell on the right, shield on the left. Less spells, less potions, less stuff. This one will do a lot I think.

Oh goodness, probably around a hundred at this point. Mind you I don't play all the way to the end with them all. Some die. Some I get bored of.
My male Nord is my fave, mostly because he's the only character I have.
My only character is a Breton. No point of making another character unless i was to test a mod.

haha im exactly the same, i have 4 alive characters but ive terminated so many.
One character but 4 complete reinstallments of Skyrim,5 restarts of said character, down to only 80 mods this time,up to level 30 and game is still stable, over 1880 hrs and now i think i have it right finally,i can say this one is going all the way to the end.Oh and block out the voice that tells me to add just this one more mod.Help me.
1, Stalker. He has been my character since Oblivion and in SkyRim.
2, Azonia is my character's compaion since Oblivion and in SkyRim.

Why?

Stalker dosen't know were he came from. He only knows he is a Nord. So I roll play my character in both games. He is a combataint, and anything else he dose he discovers as it gose along. Like he realy gets into smithing.

Why?

Azonia is custom because she needed the mark tattoo on her face on the left side. Its a custom tatto used for the Azonia from the Oblivion game.
She also is set so that when she marries stalker, she will still be able to go on adventures and fight instead of watching. No script needed.
