Mount Sahrotaar
I can't mount Sahrotaar at all I get an arrow and him lowering his head. He doesn't talk to me and he doesn't fly off. If I kill him he comes back and attacks me again. I have picture and video of it.

If yo used the "Bend Will" shout he should let you mount if you are standing near his head. You can try loading the AUTO save that brings you to that location and try agian, see if that clears it.

I've tried it 12 times, reload half way back in the quest still does it. I can jump on him until I slide off.

Sorry to hear that. I have never had this problem. Hopefully someone out there will be able to help. Have you tried the Skyrim wiki site for possible solutions?

JDUBB, I checked the site and found this. It's up to you to try it.

◾ 360 PC After using the Bend Will shout on Miraak's dragon, he says to climb aboard, but the option to mount him may be missing. ◾

PC This can be solved by using the console command tcl to enable no clip, "walking" up to and then talking to Miraak. He'll attack as he should (Sahrotaar will arrive later, when it's his turn to be consumed)

Thank you, because I just reloaded game and it still does it. I think it could have something to do with Windows 8.

I've read a lot of post that indicate that there is some sort of compatibility probelm with Win8.
Check the forums and see if there are any fixes out there.

I did as you said and had to tcl two kill the dragons in the air because they wouldn't come down. he took health from them. I took his health away again and then Sahortaak came and he just kept attacking me. I couldn't attack Mr. M. I knocked Sahortaak down close to 7-8 times and he just keeps getting back up. I'm lost and getting pissed.
