What could I do with my Diamond and Ebony Claw?
Recently, I just defeated Alduin (yay!) and I also tried some of the Imperial Legion sidestory. I got a Diamond Claw during the main storyline and the Ebony Claw during the Imperial Legion storyline. I completed both, but now I don't know what to do with them. I know you had to give the claw required to complete Bleak Falls Barrow to the guy in Riverwood, but what about the other two? Do I have to give them to someone, or do I just sell them to someone who'll take them?

Oh my god, if somebody does this, I will so happy! That would be the coolest thing ever!!!

Myself I like to keep them and decorate my home with. They look pretty neat. If that's totally not you then selling them is your best option. No they have no practical use left whatsoever after you open the doors.

In my first play through, they littered the floor of Breezehome. It was interesting to see where they'd appear whenever I'd enter the house... they liked to wander off.

In my second and third, I just stuffed them into a drawer somewhere.

That was my experience with home decoration as well. I gave it up as a lost cause.
If you guys want something cool to do with your claws (and other goodies you find on your adventures!) I recommend the Elysium Estate mod. It adds a nicely sized house just outside of Whiterun with a basement that has display stands for most everything you can think of, including the DLCs if you have them. It's also free and easy to move into. You can find it here:

To see what all it has to offer though keep in mind it has been updated since this vid.

How about a ship with a rack for the claws and masks an (interactive-so no messy place/drop) display?
Grytewake Mod.. your own floating boat with everything tidy and a ghost merchant to boot?

It would be so cool to have them as weapons.

I *like* the Grytewake mod - but I'd *love* it if there were some way to clean it up afterwards.

Nowadays I use Gokstad http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5432/? though the sailing part is kinda clunky, along with http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37902/? Sailable Ships of Skyrim.

And I think 'Unlimited Bookshelves' allows you to place non-book stuff on bookshelves for display.
