Recharge? :O
^^^ What he said. If you have some filled soul gems, Find the sword in your invertory and tap RB to charge it! (Not sure about the KB command to do it)
Care to explain how that works? I'm not a hardcore Skyrim player and I would like it more if the fire dmg was forever :)
-edit-
From what I understand you need to upgrade perks? Thats prolly not gonna work for me since I never upgrades enchant perks :)
When you use an enchated weapon, you'll see a gray bar on the lower right side of your screen that lets you know the level of charge on the weapon. You'll also notice that gray slider decrease with each use. You will usually get a popup notification that your weapon's charge is low and that you should recharge it using a soul gem. If you have any filled soul gems in your inventory, you simply open your weapons inventory and find your weapon. If it's enchanted and needs to be recharged, you'll see a pop up notification that gives you the option to charge it. But if you don't have filled soul gems to use and try to recharge it, you'll get a notification that you need filled soul gems.
Restoration magic won't work on enchanted weapons that need to be recharged. However, your level of skill in the enchantment tree will determine how strong the enchantments are that you place on weapons you decide to enchant. The higher your skill level, the stronger the enchantment can be which has the benefit of making the enchantment last longer on a weapon until it needs to be recharged again.
On enchanting your armor, the higher your enchanting skill level (again) determines the strength of the enchantment you can place on your armor. This coincides with the size of the soul gem used to place an enchantment on it. This fortunately, does not require any recharging once it is enchanted. It's "fixed" and the only way you can make it better is by enchanting a new piece of armor.
