Skyrim Launcher doesn't appear :( [SOLVED]
I'm using SKSE, and I know it skips the launcher automatically. But when I want to start the game with TESV.exe, it skips the Launcher too.
My skse-loader is renamed as SkyrimLauncher,(I have a backup exe of the original) in order to start the skse through steam. All of them skips the Launcher, and starts the game right away.
Is there any way I can start the Launcher? I would like to change the display options.

Can you start the game from the "play" button in your Steam library of games?

Yes, I always start the game from Steam.

OK. So let me get this straight. You took the standard launcher out of the Skyrim folder and renamed the SKSE loader. Now you want to revert to the default launcher?

No, I just renamed the original to OSkyrimLauncher, and it's still in the Skyrim folder. I don't want to revert the game, it works perfectly. I only want to run the game so I can see the Launcher window. All of the exe files(3) skip the launcher(where I could change the display settings).

The only way to get the Launcher window to open is to use the original Skyrim Launcher .exe.

If you are launching with the SKSE launcher you are bypassing that function. Can't have both.

OK, I had to re-rename the original file to it's original name, and than it worked. :) THX

Hey I'm having this same problem but mine has always been the original name and I have skse as my launch in nexus. I'm trying to instal a enb but i can't get to the settings launcher to change anything because of steam? Like, my TESV.exe has a logo and is clickable but the SkyrimLauncher.exe isn't. Please help if you guys can.
