I cant open the skyrim unbound menu

What are you talking about? If you are talking about the quest screen, press J by defualt or click on the quest section on the top of the pause menu. If you are talking about the inventory, you will have to wait until the person you are following (Hadvar or the other guy) cut you free from your bindings. If you are talking about the console where you enter console commands, press tilde, the key to the left of the number 1 at the top of your keyboard.

Do you have SkyUI installed - without it you can't access the MCM options.

You need to install SKSE to enable the mod to utilise some extra code that is needed for it to run. Here: http://skse.silverlock.org/

Copy and paste the files to your skyrim install folder and luanch the game through the excutable that is included with the mod. Remember: follow the readme file inside the archive if you don't know what to do.

I like Unbound better because it cuts out all the annoying dragon crap. totally untangles it from all the other things it was needlessly insinuated on, like the civil war, and breezehome.

Just in case you want to give Unbound another shot...
turn on the game, wait a bit for the landscape view, wait a bit more for any mods to register (can take about one minute or more depending how many mods you have), then go to the MCM menu just below the settings menu, open unbound, then tick the top left option... when you did all that, how far did you make it before you got stuck?

That MCM menue doesnt appear i know who to load my mods it isnt working so i moved on.

When you say, "That MCM menu doesn't appear", do you mean the entire MCM isn't there, or just Unbound?

and just to be sure, because i screwed up and left it out of the steps before, you are going to the pause- quest/stats/options page?

right the unbound menue wasnt there.

Then my guess is either the load order(it's at the very bottom of mine), or you forgot to activate it in the manager(i was going nuts because i did that for one).
