Weapon sheathing animations not working properly?
So, I've been playing skyrim for a couple of months now, mainly with my Bosmer archer. I decided I wanted to make a dunmer spellsword (one handed and spells), so I created one. The first thing I noticed though was that the weapon animations were not working properly. My one handed weapon and my spell would just pop up, with no animation and when I go into 3rd person, the weapon is not there! I do have a couple of mods and the legendary edition but I don't see how this would effect the animation at all.

EDIT: Bow animations seem to be working fine, and they show up on the back of my character.

Might be a load order issue. Did you run LOOT to set your load order?

If your load order is set correctly, it might be worth to make sure that your master files are not damaged, before pondering other solutions.

Thank you! I'll check everything out as soon as I'm able too and see if what you said worked :). Thanks.

I've been busy for the past couple of days, and I wanted to test some things out.
1. The animation only works properly when I equip the sword with my right hand, but the sword show's up on the left.
2. This is happening when my other characters, and I'm wondering how long it's been going on. I usually dont use one handed weapons because I've been taking up archery.

I also noticed that one of my mods wasn't working properly so I'm wondering if it has something to do with that? Should I try unsubscribing to all of my mods and seeing if the animation comes back then? The list of my mods are

I'm just bad at going through files and I want to make sure that I have any other options before resorting to going through files, especially ones that could effect my game so much.

I am not familiar with any Workshop mods. Playable Creture itself sounds like interesting concept. :)

Skyrim Workshop has been bugged out, after Bethesda's update last winter. I have been avoiving it completely ever since. If your mods do not load correclty, then check that you are not actually hitting to this problem.

Have you removed any animanimation mods from the ongoing game?

Thank you! I will check this. And I have not touched any animation mods, or the animations at all. I'm wondering if the problem is with bokeh sun, since I noticed that the custom filters that the creator made are not working properly. I'm going to check out the workshop problem now. Thanks again :)

Right. I asked, because I was wondering if you had installed and removed a mod or skeleton that would have required Fores New Idles (FINS) to be ran. Tool registers custom animations for the game and most custom animations require using it.

That might have explained the problem, so I wanted to check that out. If these are the mods you have been using, then it is likely not the case.

Okay. It's good to know that I can keep all of my mods :), I've grown quite fond of them. I'm going to check out the problem as soon as I can access my computer.
