Hard Answers
To finish the Thieves Guild Quest- Hard Answers, I need to get Calcelmo's Falmer Translation Guide. Getting through the museum to steal it and sneaking is a hassle cause of all the guards, is there a console command I can use to get it?

Yes. Use the console(~ key on North American keyboards.), then just advance the quest by putting this in the console: "setstage TG06 40".

"tdetect" helps too if you feel like running through and stealing as well
