Who is Moira?

It doesn't matter what I do in my playthroughs I always have Hired Thugs sent by someone named Moira to kill me. She calls me a thief even though the playthrough I was doing involved me not stealing at all.

Night to Remember quest - if you go back to Ysolda and persuade her into giving info and then continuing on to Morvunskar you miss out a part of the quest that involves Moira the Hagraven in Witchmist Grove.

Probably by missing that part out and persuading Ysolda instead, she sends some Hired Thugs after you, something to do with a ring.

Moira is a Hagraven, involved in the Daedric Quest, A Night to Remember. If I remember correctly, the disguised witch you killed in the cabin near Riverwood is friends with her I guess...

They are mines in Middle Earth - the Mines of Moira. You wouldn't believe the number of dwarves who turn up at the entrance only to discover they are in the wrong place. Moira makes a good living out the gift shop though.
