Best DLC sized mods

Helgen Reborn. There are plenty of quest mods. But the ones you listed and Helgen Reborn are the only DLC sized ones I know of. There is a 4 mod combo (made by same author [each mod a continuation]) that combined are DLC sized. Can't remember the names. They are all "Kill the Thalmor" quest mods.

Interesting NPCs adds lots of content and quests into the base game, although best to be played during a playthrough rather than a standalone.

Point, but to be fair OP specified "DLC sized mods" and it definitely qualifies. Huge, lots of lore friendly stuff to do... I'm gonna try it myself!
