Brawl bug: Loser won't register defeat [UNFIXED]

Hey,
So whenever I enter a brawl with somebody (e.g. Uthgerd the Unbroken, Mikael, Haelga), the brawl starts successfully. I'm able to punch them out fairly quickly (Khajiiti claws!), and when they're defeated, they collapse to a kneeling position, as normal.

However, when I talk to them it's as if the brawl never happened - I don't get the reward for any challenge brawls, the 'I lost! I won't bother Carlotta again!' from Mikael doesn't show up, and I can rechallenge them (the dialogue options are greyed out, so it knows I've tried it before).

I've tried using the default-equipped fist weapons, as well as SkyRe's "Unarmed" (in the weapons list), and neither has worked. My current follower is Cerwiden, but even when she's dismissed I still encounter this bug.

Is that your load order? You need to run LOOT to sort it out. Instructions about load order basics and link to LOOT can be found from here:

I'll try it now, that might've fixed it!

Page gives me an error. If you click "Sort Plugins" and "Apply", then your load order should be set correctly. :)

i have a simular bug ,when i brawl the oponent takes offence and takes out his sword to kill me! the guard say you have commitid crimes

No, it didn't say that and it does not cost money.

Alright, I fast travelled to Whiterun and (re-)fought Uthgerd, and it worked! Thanks.
Wynn, Nexus is free - I'd advise getting it (and Nexus Mod Manager, which manages the mods for you!). Take a look at my mod list if you want some fun ones (I'm biased).

The brawl patch only stops the brawl opponents attacking you, which sounds like your bug - mine's a bit different. When I finish a brawl, the other opponent doesn't realise.
