but i noticed that shop inventory instantly resets when i save the game , exit skyrim , start skyrim and load that save
but thats impractical its better to just wait but if you say you waited 15 ingame days and still nothing .. try this trick
oh i dont think fixed npcs reset their inventories at all
you best try to pickpocket guards or random enemies if you're out of people to pickpocket
that would be no different than doing "incpcs pickpocket"
honestly idk how OP ran out of people to pickpocket
i leveled my Pickpocketing to 100 in only Riften and Markarth
no dlc has 800+ skill levels
everything is still capped to 100
thats not 800
it just resets your skills to 0 and that's it there are no hidden buffs or benefits other than ability to start leveling your skill to 100 again and its not from Dawnguard DLC it was a overall game update that introduced skill reset
its faster and easier to power level with Restoration - Repel Undead spell on cluster of undead enemies or Sneak exploit (stabbing praying greabeard with iron dagger till you reach 100 sneak)
Pickpocket is the WORST method for power leveling
