amazing pc. Most demanding ENB/mod set?
So for the longest time I've had to carefully pick mods that don't strain my pc.

With an r9 290, i5 4590, 8gb of ram, I can finally go balls-to-the-wall.

I want the most over-the-top ENB there is, that fully changes everything and makes it amazing.

My-go-to assumption is realvision ENB, however I've heard that ENB's aren't all inclusive and you do need some extra grpahical mods on the side to fully change everything.

The reason i don't use enb's is because i like to hand pick mods for enhancements. Mix and match skyboxes, texture edits/enhances, filters, etc.

Though, i've heard Skyfall and seasons of skyrim are quite beautiful.

dont do that, a stress test of bsod preportions, ive seen a few hundred bandits with ai bring a beast of a system to its knees.

Okay. You want a combo of graphics and texture mods that will keep the overall "look" of vanilla Skyrim, yet wow you. I have that mod combo enabled right now. If my notebook wasn't boss I couldn't have done this.

Bleak ENB - Unbleak ENB (Bleak version)

RCRN AE (does the job of both CoT and RLO [but better])

There are other mods that you can add to taste. This is a combo that makes Skyrim "look" like what one would imagine Medieval Scandanavia would look like IRL. Ouside of Nordic Ruins and various other rpg anomalies.

Realvision is so well known, at least in part, because it achieves such a heavy effect for a relatively light cost compared to some of the other ENB's with a comparable magnitude. That said, if you get Realvision and every mod the author recommends, you will have found a damn good looking game that will have a lot of trouble sustaining 60fps.

So...do you want some heavy hitter ENB's ? Well, that's easy, just try one of the extreme versions of Kyo's ENB's...

Thanks everybody, I'll go with darknights suggestions.

Now the question is, do I go with gameplay mods or NOT. (aka quest, ai, etc)

I kinda like the idea of a very beautiful vanilla experience.

IMO, vanilla first (though, performance mods and some tweaks help a lot) then mod mod mod
