Crashing at Rannveig's Fast

Can anyone help me ?

I'm having a crash problem everytime I go near Rannveig's Fast dungeon, it doesn't matter how I get to the place, it keeps crashing only by going near it.
It started when I was close to finish the stones of barenziah quest, I only needed this last stone to complete it, I had this mod to help me find each one ( because I can't enter and exit the game everytime to look for the stones on the wiki because the load screens take forever T-T ).
And everytime I try walk, run, use the horse, fast travel, go around the dungeon and jump from the high places, it start lagging and then the game crashes.
